SHIPPING TIMELINE

All orders will be shipped with Ground shipping. If expedited shipping is required, please email us to inquire about expedited shipping rates. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number with estimated arrival dates provided directly by the shipper.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship with DHL International, or USPS Priority Flat Rate when applicable. Please email us at dave@vanagonlife.com in order to inquire about international shipping rates.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the intensive fabrication build process that goes into each product, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned made to order items. 

Return Process

Please email us at dave@vanagonlife.com before shipping your item back. A return merchandise authorization number is required for each return, and items sent without an RMA will not receive a refund, and will be returned to customer at customer’s expense.

We recommend that you ship your package back with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as we are not otherwise responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for any shipping fees incurred in order to return your order.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued by Stripe after we receive your item for inspection, minus the restocking fee for made to order items, and your original shipping charges. This process may take up to 7-12 business days.
